Pipe In Pipe

Pipe in Pipe (PIP) technology as the name suggest in two different pipe placed concentrically, the outer pipe provides protection to the inner main conductor, hence the longer life than conventional plate earthing system. The Pipe are filled with enhanced BFC for protection against the soil and have greater conductivity. (BFC-Back Fill Compound)

Strip In Pipe

Strip in Pipe (SIP) technology as the name suggest has full length strip placed concentrically in outer pipe, the outer pipe provides protection to the inner main Strip conductor, hence the longer life than conventional plate earthing system. Strip In Pipe has greater capabilty than the pipe in pipe because the strip is full length continous without any breakage as compared to the PIP which has joint on the terminal. The Pipe are filled with enhanced BFC for protection against the soil and have greater conductivity. (BFC-Back Fill Compound)
